Cheesy Potatoes posted by, Christy Z Ingrediets: 10-12  medium to large potatoes 12 oz. bag shredded cheese 1-large chopped onion 8 oz. french onion dip   salt and pepper to taste 1 Directions:  -boil, peel and mash potatoes.  mix in onion, dip and salt and pepper +1/3 bag of cheese. Pour into caserole dish, bake for1/2 hr. on 350. Add remaining cheese to top. bake another 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
